We do this through:

•Bite-sized Gita wisdom explained in modern language

No prior knowledge of the Gita is required.

While many yoga classes strengthen the body, Living the Gita explores how yogic wisdom shapes decision-making, resilience, and clarity in everyday life. This 90-minute multi-sensory experience weaves movement, creativity, reflection, and dialogue to bring these teachings off the page and into embodied practice.
