Join the Outdoor Wellness Collective for a peaceful nature walk at the stunning Island Lake Conservation Area in Orangeville, Ontario. This event offers a chance to slow down, take in the beauty of nature, and connect with others in a calm and supportive environment.
About the Walk:
We’ll be exploring the Vicki Barron Lakeside Trail, an approximately 8 km loop that winds its way across scenic footbridges and through forested paths, all surrounding the beautiful Island Lake. The trail is mostly flat with some gentle inclines and takes around 2 to 2.5 hours to complete at a relaxed pace.
Meeting Point:
We’ll meet in the main parking lot of Island Lake Conservation Area. Once parked, please gather at the bathrooms near the bait shop/kayak & canoe rentals so we can begin the walk together.
Entry Fees:
- Adults: $8
- Seniors (60+): $6.50
💡 Fees are paid directly to Island Lake Conservation Area upon entry. These contributions help support the ongoing care, maintenance, and protection of the park’s natural beauty and facilities.
