Note from Lisa: I have become the official organizer and group leader. New policies: Please RSVP and then message me, Lisa Katzoff or Richard Frant to let us know what instrument you want to play. We willl message you back to confirm if you have been selected to join this jam. Right now we have slots open for a few guitarists and for singers. We also have slots open for various other instruments like strings, horns, congas, etc., and I may need a keyboard player if my husband is not available.

FROM RICHARD:
The song list is posted to the Google Drive link below. There are also two PDF's with songs not in the Beatles chord book. You Really Got A Hold On Me and Ob-La-Di that doesn't need a capo (in the book you need to have a capo) since we will do it in the original key.

As with most Beatles jams, we will be using the Beatles Chord Book. A link is below to buy it if you want. No printed material will be given out at the jam, except for You Really Got A Hold On Me and Twist and Shout. All other songs on the list are in the Beatles Chord Book.

Link below for the Beatles Chord Book on Amazon. If you buy it, you can take it to Kinkos (FedEx) and have the binding cut off and replaced with a spiral binder so that the book stays open easily. Cost less than $10.

A lot of people are into singing harmony. There is a great YouTube channel where the Beatle harmonies are broken down. The link below is a sample, but check out the videos on how to sing Beatles harmonies. At the very least, I hope the video give you an added appreciation of the Beatles singing.
