Learn how to make a map and work with spatial data! - Intro to QGIS

Want to play with an amazing, robust, opensource GIS software that you can load onto your own machine? Join us online for this fun dive into QGIS and learn about working with spatial data and making a map!

You don't have to have any GIS experience at all to get something out of this evening's playing.

For a hands-on experience, download the software from qgis.org prior to our event. The software works on PCs, macs and Linux systems! The LTR is recommended, but if you want to test all the bells and whistles wonderful volunteer developers are adding, go with the latest release.

If you are familiar with QGIS and want to come share your favorite plugin, etc. please do! We'll have a time for open chatting after we go through a prepared workshop. :)
