Marbella Food, Wine and Other Shenanigans

It's forecast to be a rare day without rain ( yippeeeee !!!! ). So please come and join us at another one of my favourite local restaurant, the one where we had our christmas dinner ( now seems such a long time ago ). Nacho's is a grill house serving excellent meat and fish. Their special tapas are a must especially if it's your first visit. I highly recommend the Pintxo de Nacho's, San de Gambones y San de Rosada. Tuna Tataki, Salmon, Entrana, Iberico Cerdo .....etc etc are all good. 😋😋😋. They also have an excellent cellar, the house wine is well worth a try.

Given the weather right now, we will be sitting inside. There will be a Fluffy Tax of €2 per person. We will all sit very close together but in tables of 4 to make the bill easier to handle.

Please make sure you have notifications on because if you do not reply to my messages promptly, I will assume you have signed up by mistake and won't be coming. I have booked a small table for 8 only and WILL NOT be able to increase the number.

Join us for an evening of tapas and shenanigans at BocaSeca, San Pedro. Andrea will collect the fluffy tax of €2 on the night. You can order food and drinks on arrival and settle bills individually. Looking forward to seeing everyone.

Please come celebrate with me The Chinese New Year of the Fire Horse, MY YEAR and anyone else born during 1966 lunar calendar ( ie 21 Jan 1966 - 8 Feb 1967 accordingly to our normal calendar ). For the ladies, if we had been born in China, we probably would have been drowned at birth 😂😂😅😮😮 because our fiercely independent "trailblazing" characteristics 🔥🔥🔥😂😜😜. As it comes round only once every 60 years, I doubt many of us will have our year twice in our lifetime 😂so it is something to celebrate 😂.

We will be heading back to my favourite chinese restaurant in Marbella. It is certainly the most authentic. There will be no Thai or Japanese dishes on offer.....although most disconcertingly, they will serve steak and chips to the uninitiated 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️.

To make settling the bill easier, we will be in tables of 4s. There will be a fluffy tax of €2 per person 🤑🤑🤑 even if you have made a one-off contribution on this special occasion. You can order your own food and drinks. But there will be an additional charge of €5 if you order chips!

Sunday lunch is their busiest time, and if we have a big group going, I highly recommend that you pre-order your food and drinks. Otherwise, you need to be prepared to wait. Just a heads up, crispy duck and sizzling beef are top on my list 😋😋😋.
