Free Earth Festival

Free Earth Festival is Thessaloniki’s one-of-a-kind beach psytrance gathering, held every summer at Asprovalta—just ~78 km from the city. Set against a backdrop of white-sand shores, crystal‑clear waters, and lush pine groves, it blends high-energy electronic music with holistic arts, environmental awareness, and vibrant community life .

Over five to six days last week of August, the festival welcomes around 300 international artists, DJs, visual creators, healers, workshop leaders, and performers across multiple stages. It's designed as more than a music event—think immersive audiovisual experiences, interactive art installations, eco-friendly camping (with built‑in toilets and hot-showers), and a family- and culture-focused vibe.

Transportation is easy, with shuttle buses from Thessaloniki Airport, and attendance is usually capped around 5,000 to ensure a more intimate, mindful atmosphere.
