Sunday Saunter Along Cascade Creek (Mt Tam) w/ Potluck at Laural Dell

This will be a 4 mile hike w/ about a 400' elevation gain.
We'll have our potluck at Laural Dell - great shady picnic area on Cataract Creek.
In continuing w/ our new Sunday Saunter tradition (kicked back afternoon hikes), we'll stroll along Cataract Creek to the Laurel Dell Picnic Area (a beautiful shady spot along Cataract Creek) where we'll have our customary potluck.
Please note there are no wine shops in this area of the park, so be sure to bring plenty of vino for the hike!

What To Bring:
Vino! (and cups)
Good Hiking Boots/shoes
Layered clothing, hat, sunscreen.
Vino/Snacks for our pre-lunch vino break. Energy bars are highly recommended.
Lunch (packed w/ carbs) and food to share (dried fruit/nuts, chips, dips, use your imagination.)
At least 1 liter of water (2 is better) Fill w/ 1/2 water & 1/2 ice.
Anything else you want to drink (wine, beer, etc.)

Your sense of humour is an absolute must!
