Tennessee Valley hike to the beach

Join us for a mostly flat, easy 3.6 mile out and back hike from Tennessee Valley parking lot to the beach. There is a short climb on the way to the beach, and the return route is all flat. We’ll spend about 15 minutes enjoying the beach before heading back to the parking lot.

We will meet at the picnic tables near the trailhead, close to the restrooms. The trail offers scenic views of coastal hills, wetlands, and a small lagoon, ending at a sandy beach. Tennessee Valley is a very popular area so please allow extra time for parking, dress in layers and bring water.
