Drawing on Friday Evenings

Time:
Every Friday evening from 6:00 - 9:00 pm. You may drop by anytime during that window. I might be a little late myself, fyi. The intention is to have this group run itself every week without a host. Even if I RSVP as "no", I'll have this event up, so people can still meet to draw. This event may not show up on MeetUp for every Friday, but it's still happening every Friday. You can always message here or on discord (link below) to make sure, since holidays can be uncertain.

For people who like to sketch, paint, doodle, make art, etc, let's get together for a few hours to start or finish something. Personally, I like to draw cartoons or sketch with ink. But other art endeavors are welcome as long as it's easy to clean up and acceptable within a restaurant setting that serves food.

Whether you're just experimenting / playing with an art medium or you're a professional, this is a fairly chill event that allows us to disconnect from our phones and the internet. We can share (or not share) what we did, offer feedback, etc. Let's unwind, enjoy good conversation (mixed with some silence), and create something! If you don't have anything to draw or create, you may bring something to color.
