Drinks & Public Comment to Support 700 Irwin at the San Rafael City Council

It's time to show up and speak up to support housing in Marin County!

A mixed-use 17 story project has been approved at 700 Irwin Street in San Rafael, a housing element site. The project will provide 200 units of housing, including 30 affordable units. On February 17, it's facing several meritless appeals at the San Rafael City Council.

We'll be meeting up at Burren House at 5:30 for drinks and conversation, and then heading to the City Council a few blocks away to speak up in support of this project. Come join us, and bring a friend who wants to see more housing in Marin County!
