Each class blends barre work, center exercises, and gentle across-the-floor combos that build flexibility, core strength, and musicality. No leotard needed - just comfy clothes you can move in and socks or ballet slippers.

Perfect for beginners, returning dancers, or anyone looking for a mindful, elegant way to move, de-stress, and feel good in their body.
