I’ve been working with the body and movement for over 10 years, and I truly love what I do.
I’m a certified personal trainer, stretching & mobility instructor, and a 200-hour certified yoga teacher (Kundalini Yoga + 200 h - mixed yoga styles studied in India). I also work with breathwork, meditation, and sound healing.
My classes are about mindful movement, breath, and feeling good in your body — not perfection. I create a safe, supportive space where everyone can move at their own pace, reconnect with themselves, and leave feeling more open, grounded, and energized.
