Celebrate the season at the Gay and Lesbian Sierrans annual holiday party.

You can come to both the hike and party or just one or the other.
At 10 am there's a short hike:
From the GLS meetup:
"Join us for a 3-4 mile hike along the Coastal Trail before the Holiday Party. We will meet at the Muir Beach Community Center at 10 AM. From there, we will head down to Muir Beach and up the coast trail for a couple of miles and then turn around and head back. We are thinking it will be a 3 to 4 mile hike.
What to bring: The party is at noon so nobody has to bring anything except water and layers of clothing for weather.
Important to know: Rain cancels. No dogs. Level: Moderate"

The GLS Holiday Party after the hike starts at noon (if you're not already a GLS member there's a $15 fee (bring cash or check!) which will also make you a member of GLS!)

"Join us for our annual Holiday party in Marin! It’s time to celebrate another year of fun and commitment to the outdoors – and to each other. We will once again have The Muir Beach Community Center which overlooks Muir Beach. It’s a gorgeous venue with stunning views. As for food, the Club will provide the main dishes: chicken and a veggie option – and non-alcoholic beverages. We will pot luck the rest of the meal so please bring something to share to make the meal complete. We also ask that you bring your own plate, utensils and cup so we can keep our carbon footprint low. Lunch will be served around 12pm After lunch we will have the presentation of hike leader awards and introduction of the new GLS Governing Committee for 2018. Music will be provided by Ruby's in Town, featuring GLS's own Jessie Ortiz on the keyboards and Suzanne Falter! Active members are admitted for free. Lapsed members and Nonmembers pay $15, which also covers their new membership.
