MAS Ocklawaha Prairie Restoration Area Driving Tour - PAID MEMBERS Event
Details
Join Marion Audubon’s President, Max Weakley, on a drive along the Ocklawaha Prairie Restoration Area! We have special permission to drive onto the property for a much easier, more accessible visit to this stunning area. We are only permitted five (5) vehicles, so carpooling will be required once we enter the drive.
There is potential for many of our regular marsh and wetland species, along with several more unique birds that are difficult to find elsewhere in Marion County. Bring binoculars and a camera if you have them. We will have extra binoculars to lend for the walk.
This is a PAID MEMBERS-ONLY event with limited space, so please ensure you’re up to date on your dues. You can join or renew the Marion Audubon Society on our website to access this or other future events.
