Join Marion Audubon’s President, Max Weakley, on a guided drive along the Emeralda Marsh Wildlife Drive! This is a remarkable location with many unique species that we rarely see. Along with our more usual marsh birds, species like the Snail Kite and Limpkin have stable populations here, offering some of the best opportunities to see these birds in our region. However, as with all wildlife, you never know what you’ll see until you’re out there!

Bring binoculars and a camera if you have them. We will have extra binoculars to lend for the walk. Feel free to carpool to this event, or drive your own vehicle along the Wildlife Drive.

This is a PAID MEMBERS-ONLY event with limited space, so please ensure you’re up to date on your dues. You can join or renew the Marion Audubon Society on our website to access this or other future events.
