This group is for women 55+ who are looking to share some fun afternoon social time, such as book discussions, visiting wineries, playing board games/cards, hiking, day trips, out to lunch, and so much more!
I recently moved here from Michigan where I had started a group back in 2015. It is still going strong with a fabulous group of women who have shared many wonderful times, much laughter and a few tears! I hope to establish a similar group here and provide an opportunity for women to make new friends and socialize. It is an important thing as we age!
Most meet-ups will take place on Wednesday afternoons in and around Mariposa. Members will be given opportunities to host and plan events and we will occasionally venture out to other places for day trips and other activities.
If you are feeling a bit isolated, have recently retired, are new to the area, and needing to socialize more, please join! Activities will be casual, come as you are and fun!
