I'm Marisa Faye, and I’m a holistic nutritionist, a lifelong learner with more health-related degrees and certifications than I can count (Master's in Public Health, Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, Registered Yoga Teacher, Restorative Wellness Practitioner to name a few), passionate about the mind-body connection, and nerd out on teaching my clients about all things nourishment so that they can feel better than they have in years!
I have a deep knowing that my health and yours is comprehensive, holistic. Holistic nutrition takes into consideration you as a whole person, and what you need to thrive and be healthy (spoiler: this is different than anyone else you’ve met before, because there’s only one you). I’ve amassed expertise and experience guiding clients just like you through the world of food, supplements, herbs, behaviors, environment, and mindset. In my practice we dig deep, because that’s where real lasting change can happen. To put it simply, I work with you to decipher what to say yes to, and what to say heck no to. Over the years it has been my honor to work 1-on-1 with individual nutrition clients ranging in age from 12-70 years old, and to serve as an expert developing and delivering workshops and challenges to people in the workplace, in yoga studios, on retreats, and in their community.

We'll start class with Yin Yoga and end with relaxing Restorative Yoga.
What's Yin Yoga you may be asking yourself? It's a particular variety of yoga that's meant to focus on mobilizing and giving some love to the deep connective tissue of the body and the fascia (as opposed to the stretching the muscles only). It includes long holds and time to build mindful awareness of your body. This type of yoga is an athlete's secret weapon!
