Purpose:
The purpose of this talk is to help to answer the following questions:

• How much do I need for a down payment?
• What is mortgage default insurance, do I need it?
• What is a pre-approval and how do I get it?
• How do I avoid mortgage penalties?

This is a fun, power-packed session. You'll get the most out of this if you're a motivated person who likes to learn. Bring your best, social self so you can connect with others, too!
