Hello everyone! Welcome to MarketHoppr, which is essentially eBay in person for the DMV.
The idea is simple:
SELL: Have a bunch of stuff you don't need anymore? Find a local flea market on MarketHoppr, reserve a table, and sell it in person — no shipping required.
HOST: Have access to a venue? Create your own flea market or pop-up market and sell spaces to other people. For example, 30 tables at $30 each could generate $900 in seller-space revenue before expenses.
SHOP: Find local markets near you and discover deals from people in your area.
So instead of listing something online, shipping it, and waiting for a buyer...
Put it in your car. Drive to a local market. Sell it.
That's the idea behind MarketHoppr: eBay in person.
MarketHoppr has just launched in the DMV, and we're looking for early sellers, hosts, and shoppers to join the community.
This Meetup group is a place for people interested in flea markets, pop-up markets, buying, selling, and making money locally.
We'll also host special MarketHoppr events and meetups where hosts, sellers, and shoppers can connect, sell, shop, discover new markets, and have fun together.
