1. When trying to execute a CX strategy, communications plays a big role. We'll explore what role Marketing Automation plays to support your CX strategy.
2. Why is Marketing Automation different to email marketing?
3. We'll touch on Content Marketing (more about this in July) and see how Marketing Automation is your delivery channel of choice.
4. Finally, it's all about Lead Generation. We'll look at ways to nurture and score leads and understand a process for handing Marketing Qualified Leads to the Sales team.
