Our next Marketing Talk event takes place on 22nd April! We're delighted to be joined by Charlotte Morris, who is a Marketing, Growth & Strategy Consultant and VP Marketing.

Charlotte will share 5 things she's learned over the course of her career so far. In a talk called 'Around the world and back again - 5 lessons from a career spanning 15 years in 5 countries and back to where it all began, Brighton' she will share...

• The importance of culture and localisation - and how that made her a better UK marketer.
• Public speaking. Getting over the fear of it (or rather, learning to live with it!)
• Honing a growth and experimentation mindset. As marketers we have to be at the forefront of test and learn principles.
• 1+1 = 3. Being curious about other functions and walking a day (or a year) in their shoes.
• With all that said.... health comes first. Know your boundaries and avoid burnout.

April's Marketing Talk will be a Connect event. Marketing Talk Connect events provide the opportunity for more intimate, interactive conversations. With a limited number of spots available, all participants have their camera and microphones on, and the event is facilitated by a speaker who guides a meaningful discussion around a carefully selected topic everyone can get involved in.
