MAH Fall Picnic 🍂

A casual after-work meetup for marketers, founders, PMs, creatives, and globally-minded professionals in Seoul.

No stiff networking.
No sales pitches.
No pretending to have everything figured out.

Just a picnic mat, good people, and honest conversations about marketing, career growth, AI, burnout, freelancing, and the realities behind the polished LinkedIn posts.
In-house, freelance, agency-side, building a startup, or simply figuring things out — everyone's welcome.

📍 Meeting point
We'll meet at [2pm] at Mangwon Station (Line 6), Exit 2, then walk over to Mangwon Hangang Park together (about 15 min). Please note that we will wait for 10min and head over to the designated spot at the park.

🧺 Picnic mat
Bring your own mat or blanket if you have one. If not, you can rent one near the park:

Coming solo? No need to rent a full set. Some of us will have mats, and there will be space to share. If you're arriving later, check our spot first before renting anything.

🥪 Food & drinks
Bring whatever you'd like to eat or drink. Something simple from a convenience store is totally fine, and sharing is welcome but not required.

☔ Weather
If the weather turns, we may need to reschedule or cancel. We'll keep you updated in the KakaoTalk chat.

⏰ Time
There's no fixed schedule. Leave whenever it feels right, or stay longer if the energy is good. Whoever's up for it can go for food/drinks afterwards.

↩️ Cancellation & refunds

• More than 7 days before the event: Full refund of the MAH organization fee
• 3–7 days before the event: 50% refund of the MAH organization fee
• Less than 3 days before the event: No refund
• No-show (no prior notice): No refund

약 10분 정도 기다리고 공원으로 함께 출발합니다.

돗자리나 담요가 있으면 챙겨주세요. 없으시면 공원 근처에서 대여할 수 있어요.

🥪 음식 & 음료
먹고 마실 것은 각자 자유롭게 준비해 주세요. 편의점 간식도 충분하고, 나눠 먹어도 좋지만 필수는 아니에요.

☔ 날씨
날씨에 따라 일정이 변경되거나 취소될 수 있어요. 오픈카톡방에 공지할게요.

⏰ 시간
정해진 일정은 없습니다. 편할 때 가셔도 되고, 분위기가 좋으면 더 계셔도 돼요. 끝나고 시간 되는 분들끼리 식사나 한잔하러 가요.

• 행사 7일 전까지 취소 시: MAH 운영비 전액 환불
• 행사 3~7일 전 취소 시: MAH 운영비의 50% 환불
• 행사 3일 이내 취소 시: 환불 불가
• 사전 연락 없이 불참 시: 환불 불가
