Markham Meditation Meetup Group

The location is 3075 14th Avenue, unit 224, Markham. Each session is about 45–60 minutes and includes a short check-in, a guided meditation, and optional time for reflection or questions at the end. No experience is needed—just come as you are.
We provide water and meditation cushions, but you're welcome to bring your own if you prefer. Please wear comfortable clothing so you can sit and relax with ease. Chairs are also available if you’d rather not sit on the floor.
We meet on the second floor—the office door is directly in front of the elevators. The entrance to the building is below the blue Calm Nexus sign. Please plan to arrive a bit early, as doors will be locked at 6:00 pm so we can begin on time and settle in peacefully.
This group is open to anyone age 16 and up, and you’re welcome to bring a guest if you'd like. There is no fee to attend and donations of any kind are not accepted—your presence is truly enough.
