In the quiet space of Chin Tea Studio, we invite you to pause and join us for an afternoon of tea meditation. This gathering is an opportunity to step away from distractions and immerse yourself in the simple, deliberate act of preparing and drinking tea.
Through guided mindfulness, we will explore how the ritual of tea can become a meditation—a way to cultivate awareness, stillness, and a deeper connection to the present moment. Each movement, from warming the cup to savoring the first sip, will be an invitation to slow down and observe with gentle attention.
The session will include:

- Mindful preparation of tea
- Silent reflection and shared stillness
