An international couple (Aussie husband and Japanese wife) and a bunch of keen language exchange enthusiasts from all over the world are meeting up on Saturdays near JR Omori station, Tokyo!

The organizer Mark House is an Ota City International Exchange Group, "connecting through Words, Knowledge, and Heart".

We aim to create an ”International Place to belong”, outside school/work and home in Tokyo, for youth and adults.

[10 points about Mark House Language Exchange Lounge Tokyo]

1. Qualified English and Japanese teachers are hosting.
2. Safe and friendly atmosphere so you can participate alone.
3. English conversation and Japanese conversation for one hour each
4. Seat change every 30 minutes so you can chat with many people.
5. We have a free casual chatting time in English　and Japanese after the language exchange sessions.
6. We welcome native Japanese and English speakers as well as English speaking international participants - we have people from all over the world, who love talking about their diverse interests and experiences.
7. You can feel comfortable talking in either pairs or small groups of three to four.
8. You can take it easy and enjoy our Aussie-style relaxed atmosphere in a huge LDK with a great view!! Just think you have a secret base right in the heart of Tokyo.
9. As you attend regularly, you can make friends and establish fellowships with other participants.
10. You can bring your own non-alcoholic beverages and snacks so there is no extra charge for drink orders. There is a vending machine at the Sanno Kaikan Parking entrance and convenience store nearby.

[How to get there]

• ８minutes from JR Omori Station （Keihin Tohoku line)
• Go out of Chuo Ticket Gate(中央改札口）and turn right to go out of the WEST EXIT（西口） and go downstairs to Ikegami-dori Street（池上通り）
• Cross the traffic lights, and turn left.
• Go straight for about 6 minutes and turn right at the Sanno Kaikan Entrance traffic lights（山王会館入口）near ”Torikushi Kappou Kazu”（鳥串割烹 和）
• Turn left at Sun Sun Jidoo Park (サンサン児童公園）and go up the hill and you'll find Sanno Kaikan(山王会館） on the right hand side.
• The entrance door is on the right side, and you can come up to Room 402 in the elevator.

オーストラリア人と日本人国際結婚カップルと、ランエクを楽しむ世界じゅうから来た参加者たちが、土曜日の午後、東京都のJR大森駅そばのラウンジに大集合！

Mark House発蒙館（はつもうかん）主催のランゲージエクスチェンジ ラウンジは、「言葉と知識と心でつながる」をテーマにした国際交流団体です。

若者から大人まで、「学校や職場、家庭以外の"インターナショナルな第三の居場所"！」をみんなでクリエイトしましょう！！

受付は１：５０にオープンします。
2時に開始できるようにお早めにお越しください。

【マークハウス　ランゲージエクスチェンジ　ラウンジの特徴】

1. 有資格英語教師と日本語教師がホスティング
2. 安全でフレンドリーな雰囲気の中、おひとりでも安心して参加できます。
3. 英会話と日本語会話を１時間ずつ。たくさん話せます。
4. ３０分ごとの席替えだから、色々な人とおしゃべりができます。
5. ランエク終了後に、英語と日本語の無料のフリーおしゃべりタイムがあります。
6. ネイティブ日本語、英語話者だけでなく、英語を話す国際的な参加者も大歓迎！いろいろな国との国際交流が楽しめます。
7. 1 対１や、３、４人での小さなグループでの会話
8. オーストラリアスタイルのリラックスした雰囲気の中dですぐに溶け込めます。大田区を見渡せる大きなLDK（リビングダイニングキッチン）を広々と使えて、眺望もばっちりです！東京にある”隠れた秘密基地”としてみんなで楽しみましょう！
9. 継続して参加することで、顔見知り、友達、仲間ができます。
10. ノンアルコールのお飲み物、おやつなどを持参できるので、参加費以外のドリンクやフードオーダーなどがありません。

[行き方]

京浜東北線、大森駅　徒歩８分。中央改札を出て、右に曲がり、階段を下って、西口から出ると池上通りに出ます。ローソンの前の信号を渡り、左に曲がって、６分ほど行くと、**”鳥串割烹　和（かず）”**というレストランがあります。そこを右に曲がると、「サンサン児童公園」があります。そこを左に曲がって坂を上がると右手に、山王会館があります。ビルの右側のドアから入り、エレベーターで４０２号室にお越しください。
