This is a group for those women that want to lose weight, get healthy and feel better. Whether you have 70 pounds to lose or 5 pounds, this is the group for you!
Do you find it hard to get motivated and stick to a plan? Do you have good intentions , but you just can't get started. Maybe you manage to start, but you just can't keep the momentum going? Why not make this your starting point?
We can meet every couple weeks or once a month. Depending how many people join, we can figure that out later. We will do power walks, walk/jogs mostly, and can branch out, for those that are interested, to do basic hikes, bike rides, racquet sports, gym etc..we can decide as a group the exercise we would like to participate in.
The activities will fall on Thursdays - Saturdays and can take place in Vancouver, Burnaby , Richmond and New West.
This first step can change your life.:)
