Hi everyone — I’m organizing another small in-person meetup about social anxiety.

I personally struggled with social anxiety for a long time. I’m now almost fully recovered, and I’d like to keep creating a safe, respectful space where we can talk openly about it.

Please don’t be shy about joining. Even if only one person attends, that is completely fine — it can still be a useful and meaningful conversation. What matters is having a place where it feels possible to open up about social anxiety, loneliness, and the difficulty of meeting people.

There is no pressure to share more than you feel comfortable with. Listening is also perfectly okay.

We’ll meet at Tava Terrace Lounge & Bistro, next to The Dubliner in St Julian’s. You can have a drink or something small to eat; the idea is to keep it relaxed and informal.

What we’ll do:
• open and respectful group discussion
• practical coping strategies for everyday social situations
• peer support and shared experiences

Format: in person
Duration: 1 hour
