Group Classes every Saturday

Come join us for a fun and unique group classes every Saturday from 11:00 until 12:15. We're starting new this January, but join in any time.

We train at ABBOTT'S CREEK COMMUNITY CENTER off Durant Road.

People in the class are very friendly, warm, and welcoming.

I have trained for over 30 years and have black belts in several styles. I've given local out-of-state seminars to security guards and police officers. I have been teaching since 1989. Yep, I'm that old!

Beginners learn 20 varying hand strikes, showing when (and when not) to apply these strikes. I expose myths... there are many in the martial arts. I show ways to limit injuring yourself when defending yourself.
Footwork is often neglected — I teach effective footwork.

Beginners pay only $5 per class — come see if this is for you.
