What we’re about

A dance choir that blends ballet, hip hop, and martial arts into a new genre called "Martial Dance". This style is great for developing stamina, muscle tone, balance, response time, cardio endurance, blood circulation, physiological regulation, and overall body strength. All ages, backgrounds, and skill levels are welcome to enjoy becoming more powerful while having fun to songs that inspire our fire together.
