Sunday afternoon in Milan, what’s the plan? Let’s recharge our batteries to get ready for a brand new week. Leave behind what’s past, take the best from it, and turn it into **pure energy** for this Sunday practice.
Music will be the base of our body's movement and expression: the rythm will guide our steps and canalise our energies and emotions into something very creative and powerful.
Bring a **sports towel** and **sport clothes and sneakers**. (there are changing rooms if you need them!) Don’t forget **water** to rehydrate — and your desire to recharge!
We’ll meet outside **Dunamis Loreto – Gym of the Arts**.
Gather at **17:20,** so we can enter together right at **17:30**!

And after the event, the sweetest part: let's choose a bar and have some drinks together to get the full Milanese experience with a typical Aperitivo!

Domenica pomeriggio a Milano, qual è il piano? Ricarichiamo un po' le batterie per prepararci al meglio a una nuova settimana. Lasciamo ciò che è stato della settimana scorsa alle spalle, prendiamone il buono e trasformiamolo in **energia pura** per questa pratica della domenica.
La musica sarà la base del movimento e dell'espressione del nostro corpo: lasceremo che sia il ritmo a guidare i nostri passi e a canalizzare le nostre energie ed emozioni in un momento di grande creatività e libertà espressiva
Porta il tuo **asciugamano da sport** e **acqua** per reidratarti, **abbigliamento e scarpe sportivi** (ci sono gli spogliatoi, se devi cambiarti!) e... voglia di ricaricare le batterie!
Ci troviamo fuori dalla **Dunamis Loreto - Palestra delle Arti.**
**Ritrovo alle 17:20** così alle 17:30 entreremo in gruppo!
