6 to 7 Miler Hike: Goucher College Loop Trail & Towson

We will experience Towson's beautiful neighborhoods & venture through the Goucher College's wooded trails. This hike is cross posted with other meetup groups.

Definitely bring a great social attitude and a fun spirit. Also come with water.

EVERYONE submitting a RSVP for this hike will START on the Waitlist. Next, we will add consistently reliable members and then attempt to give others a chance to participate.

NOTE: This is wooded and paved terrain hike. There are a few fun hills (Elevation Gain @ approximately 575 feet). This is a hike for those who hike or walk at least 10 miles per week at a medium pace. If you have challenges going up and down hills then this hike may not be for you. Also please RSVP only if you can maintain a medium pace during the hike. THANKS.

SUGGESTED MATERIALS: Trail running shoes, sneakers with treads or comfortable walking shoes. Although we will navigate through neighborhoods with street lighting you have the option use a headlamp, mobile phone, etc. for added illumination.

WHY WE VOLUNTEER: Your organizers are volunteers and we are sharing our passion for the outdoors. We organize events for fun, to socialize, get exercise, experience nature and meet cool new people. No bad attitudes please. :)
