Forecast temperatures at Deep Creek Lake are typically 10-15 degrees cooler than in Baltimore! I have reserved my own campsite from July 16-22. You can come any of those days. Deep Creek Lake State Park is a civilized, quiet campground, where you park your car right at the level, prepared campsite. There are clean, modern baths with hot water showers, and dishwashing facilities. Lots of activities for kids! Deep Creek Lake is a pleasant 3 hour drive from the Baltimore area. What I'm offering here is help setting up your tent, meeting for morning coffee, meals or whatever, local touring, some hikes, beach time....all after you go the website:
