Christmas Eve - Cromwell Valley Park and Glen Ellen - Moderate 8.3 miles

Join me for a fun, brisk-paced Christmas Eve hike! Expecting a partly cloudy day with comfortable temps around 50°. We’ll do an 8-mile loop from Cromwell Valley Park out to Loch Raven Reservoir and back, with a few good hills and beautiful reservoir views. There are a few minor stream crossings.

What to bring:

• Plenty of water (and a snack, if you’d like)
• Sturdy hiking boots or shoes - waterproof recommended

Dogs are welcome! Please let me know in the comments if you’re bringing a dog. Dogs must be able to keep pace, stay leashed, and be well-hydrated throughout the hike.

Elevation gain: 1,141 ft
Pace: Around 2.7 mph, slower on the climbs
