Cromwell Valley Park - Monday Morning "Trail Therapy" Jaunt - Easy ~4 miles
Details
Please join me for a short Monday morning hike at Cromwell Valley Park!
Introducing a regular hike at the beautiful Cromwell Valley Park, my favorite local park. We’ll move at a brisk-ish pace, but with the focus on being immersed in nature.
Being outdoors has well-documented benefits for both physical and mental well-being, and sharing the experience with others adds its own benefits!
We’ll enjoy some lovely woodland trails. One big-ish hill, otherwise mostly flat. Happy to stop for breathers and to take in our surroundings. This is meant to be a fun start to the week!
If there is interest, I'll make this hike a regular one - same place and time. Distances will vary slightly, but generally expect 3 to 4 miles in about 90 minutes.
