Gunpowder Sweet Air (Harford Co) 6-mile hike

Join me for a 6-mile loop hike through Gunpowder Falls State Park Sweet Air area (Harford County side). We will be hiking portions of the blue, white, red, yellow and green trails which include fields, wooded areas (including a pine forest), and along the
Gunpowder River. There will be a combo of flat stretches and rolling hills, with a couple of decent hills, but elevation totals are only around 570ft. We'll be shooting for a pace of about 2.5-2.75 mph.
Be prepared for roots, rocks and mud (if we get rain prior). Please wear sturdy shoes/hiking boots and bring plenty of water and a snack if you'd like. We'll take a couple of short breaks as needed.
We will meet at the sign/map in the parking area. There is a porta potty (usually pretty clean) there as well.
Please make sure you are comfortable hiking this distance and keeping pace with the group
Anyone interested in grabbing a bite to eat after the hike, we can go to Brookside Market in Phoenix (about 10 mins away). They have indoor and outdoor
seating.
