Saturday Afternoon Language Exchange

This event is open to all levels of English and Japanese speakers!
こちらの会は、日本人や英語話す方と英語や日本語で交流する会になります！

RSVP open: Monday, 8:00 PM
RSVP close: Saturday, 12:00 PM
予約受付開始：月曜日8：００PM
予約受付締切：土曜日１２：００PM

Format　形式:
When you arrive, check in with one of our organizers. We'll seat you in groups of three or four with at least one native speaker of the language you're learning. Every hour, the groups will be shuffled, giving you opportunities to talk to more people. We provide seating cards so that you're guaranteed to always meet someone new.
参加者は３－４人ずつのグループに分けられます。各グループで英語と日本語のネイティブスピーカーが少なくとも１人います。一時間毎に、グループ変えを行い、いろんな参加者と話せます。オーガナイザーから"手渡されるカード"の指示により、常に新しい人に会えるようになっています。

Schedule　スケジュール:
3:00 - 4:00 PM - First group グループ１
4:00 - 5:00 PM - Second group グループ２
5:00 - 6:00 PM - Third group グループ３

Conversations are casual and informal. If you're a serious learner, come prepared with questions. Beginners welcome!
参加者は何を話してもいいです。真面目な学習者は、質問を準備しておいたほうがいいです。初心者も大歓迎です！

Late Arrivals　遅刻:
We allow late arrivals until 4:00 PM. After that, we cannot guarantee that you will be seated.
4：００PMまでの遅刻は許されています。

No-Shows　不参加:
If you RSVP'ed "GOING" and fail to show up, you'll receive a strike. On the third strike, you'll be removed from the group.
予約してからの不参加が３回になりますと、会員登録が抹消されます。

Wait List　キャン待ちリスト:
You can choose to join the wait list if the event is full. When spots become available, you'll be automatically moved to "Going." It's your responsibility to check your RSVP. If you were moved to "Going" and don't show up, you will get a strike. Only join if you're sure you can come!
満席の場合は、"キャン待ち"リストに名前が載り、空席が出た時に、自動的に"GOING"リストへ変更されます。もし”GOING”リストへ変更された後でも来ない場合は、不参加とみなされますので、確実に参加できる場合にのみ"キャン待ち"リストに予約をお願いします。

The food court is located underground on the northwest side of the Yonge and Eglinton intersection.

• exit Eglinton station on the north side and go up the escalator
• exit to the street through the doors on your left
• cross the road to the other side of Eglinton Avenue
• enter the door to your left marked EGLINTON 1 / Food Court
• go down the stairs immediately to your left
• go through the doors to get to the food court
• look for a table with Japanese and Canadian flags
