Plyometric Conditioning at St. Johns Spa

Wednesday's at 7pm

A fun mix of plyometrics, cardio, yoga, and body weight strength exercises, this class is perfect for building strength, stability, endurance, and confidence. Class is created with all fitness levels in mind. There will be lots of options and modifications offered throughout the class.
