Tackling Clinic / Running Backs (weekly sign ups) - Ages 11-13

- Off-season training for 11-13 Year Olds
- Open to all "registered" tackle football players for the 2026 Fall Football Season.
- Maximum of 25 players per session.
- Weekly sign ups open 1 week before each session
- What to bring:
- Shorts/Sweats, T-shirt/sweatshirt, and sneakers (no cleats on inside turf). (No equipment needed)
- Bring water bottle
Thursday 3/19 Our offseason tackling program begins. The focus will be in building an extremely well prepared athlete mentally and physically. With constant repetition we will instill proper muscle memory, and confidence. This will lead to the perfect tackle. Emphasizing technique over collisions - using a variety of drills, we will look to teach tackling through a complete progression program starting from the ground up. The keys will include angle of pursuit, head placement and finishing each repetition with extreme physicality. - Track, Prepare, Connect, Accelerate, Finish. Strengthening the athletes mind and core muscles will be done with explosive muscle movement to develop effective tacklers. Coach Bill Parcells reminds his teams every offseason - you don’t learn how to tackle on gameday.
