Let’s kick off the weekend with a high-intensity bodyweight cardio session to sweat it out and feel amazing. Expect sprints, jumps, and full-body movements.
🍑 SATURDAY 21 – LOWER BODY FOCUS
Strong legs, glutes and core incoming! A full session targeting glutes, legs and abs through controlled strength & toning circuits. Low impact, high activation.
💪 SUNDAY 22 – FULL BODY RESET
Wrap up the weekend with a balanced full-body workout, combining mobility, strength, and sweat. A perfect way to start your Sunday strong.
