Samba gives a great cardio work out and introduces to Brazilian culture. Join the fun staff of Vava United School of Samba instructors for a samba experience. 7:30 class is for absolut beginners to dancers looking to sharpen technique. 8:30pm is for experienced sambistas that want to heighten their stamina, learn Combinations and love the samba rhythms.
