Learn how to break free from emotional trauma, for good! If you've experienced traumatic events, losses, divorce, breakups or any type of emotional distress, this meeting is for you.

Many things can trigger you, often below your awareness, causing you to feel the same emotional turbulence as you did back then. And like a marionette, you react: turn on irrational negative emotions and thoughts, stress out, doubt yourself and so on.

In this free meeting, you will learn why traumatic experiences continue to influence you and how you can make them powerless to affect you anymore.

Examples of traumatic events include:

*A betrayal by someone you trusted.

*A bad breakup or divorce.

*Loss of a family member, friend or pet.

*Being around a manipulative or narcissistic person.

*Major life changes, such as a change or loss of a job.

*Injuries, surgery, illnesses.

*A major setback or failure.

*Giving up on a goal.

*Association with someone who runs you down, makes you feel less.

While yes, life can involve pain and losses, it's not natural to drag that through life like a ball and chain.
