## Handle Your Shift: Monthly/Weekly Mindfulness Gathering
A shared space for practicing and sharing mindfulness techniques.
I’m Sha, and this is a space I hold for people who are learning—like me—how to be present in the moment and show up authentically. I don’t always know how to stay in alignment, but I’m learning how to return—with breath, focus, and presence.
That’s what we’re here for, practicing on our own, together.
This space was created to embrace openness and vulnerability. It’s not about having everything figured out or getting it "right." Instead, it’s about becoming comfortable with the impermanence of change and transformation.
On the last Saturday of each month, we gather to explore the upcoming month’s 5 Key Ingredients — together, in real time. Through reflection, stillness, movement, breath, and focus, we will move through the full I.A.M. F.I.T & F.U.N Circuit — through the practice and persistence of setting an Intentional Attitude & Mindset, assisting the body/mind to be Focused In Truth by being Focused Unconditionally Now. Each of us in our own stage and phase, together, holding space for one another to unfold and return to our Free Unadulterated Nature.
This is a space where each person brings something only they carry — a personal insight, lived wisdom, or the way you hold your alignment. When we come together, we create room for those offerings to be shared — not as instructions, but as reflections. The way you move through your own alignment might open something in someone else.
Then, on the last Friday of each month, we return for an Authentic Sharing Circle — This isn’t about staying on track. It’s about learning how to re-align — again, and again… and again.
We are all growing through life at our own pace.
What matters is that we keep finding our way back to our Free Unadulterated Nature.

We hum a short Throat Chakra Chant (HAM”) to soften the voice, then we share: what you tried this month, what helped, what was hard, and one gentle way you’ll show up with care. It’s not about fixing; it’s about honest reflection, kind listening, and speaking from your heart. We keep the tone down-to-earth and inclusive so everyone can Handle Their Shift in a way that fits real life.

On the last Saturday of each month, we gather to preview and practice our five Key Ingredients for the coming month. October’s theme, Harvest & Hone, invites you to keep what helps, release what doesn’t, and return to a steady center with simple tools. We’ll briefly introduce each practice, then try a five-minute guided round of each to support your shift from survival mode into steady, real-life thriving.
### October’s 5 Key Ingredients
Monday — Prune & Keep Ledger (Moon + Root Chakra)
Practice: Reflective journaling (two columns: Keep / Let Go).
A clear, down-to-earth way to sort what helped vs. what to release, and name one intention to grow.
Tuesday — Candle Breath (Mars + Sacral Chakra)
Practice: Pursed-lip breathing (slow, steady exhale).
Gently settles the nervous system and supports ease and flow.
Wednesday — Sunbeam Chair Flow (Mercury + Solar Plexus Chakra)
Practice: Chair yoga mini-flow (standing options welcome).
Builds calm strength and supports clear, focused action without strain.
Thursday — Windfall Walk (Jupiter + Heart Chakra)
Practice: Mindful walking (five senses).
Grounds attention in the season; invites openness, appreciation, and steady presence.
Friday — Authentic Sharing Circle + Throat Chakra Chant (Venus + Throat Chakra)
Practice: Bija mantra HAM (said like “hum”) + group reflection.
