On the last Saturday of every month, we come together to introduce and practice the 5 new Key Ingredients for the upcoming month. This special session blends mindful action and intention-setting—a time to review each practice briefly and then engage in 5 minutes of guided practice for each, helping you recalibrate your inner alignment as you transition from surviving to thriving.
### July’s 5 Key Ingredients:
- Creative Growth Journaling (Sun + Solar Plexus Chakra)
Practice: Stream of Consciousness Journaling
This journaling practice will help you connect with your creative power, focusing on personal growth and self-expression. You’ll reflect on personal growth and your sense of purpose, allowing your authentic voice to shine through. - Passionate Focus Meditation (Mars + Sacral Chakra)
Practice: Focused Attention Meditation
A meditation practice to help you channel Mars' assertive energy, bringing your focus to one area of life where you want to create more passion and drive. Using focused attention, you'll guide your awareness to what ignites your inner fire, fostering creativity and determination. - Joyful Flow Yoga (Venus + Heart Chakra)
Practice: Heart-Opening Flow
This gentle but energetic yoga flow focuses on opening the heart and increasing emotional and physical flexibility. Through slow, intentional movements, you’ll cultivate joy, embrace your unique self, and create space for compassionate self-expression. The flow aligns with Venus and the Heart Chakra, balancing your emotions and building inner joy. - Expansive Breathwork (Jupiter + Root Chakra)
Practice: Three-Part Breath (Dirga Pranayama)
A powerful breathwork practice to ground and expand your energy. The Three-Part Breath helps you breathe deeply into the belly, ribs, and chest, increasing lung capacity and oxygenating your body. This practice will help release tension and open up space for emotional growth, aligning with Jupiter’s expansive energy. - Authentic Voice Expression (Mercury + Throat Chakra)
Practice: Chanting Meditation
In this practice, you’ll engage with your voice and sound as a tool for expression. Using chanting or mantras, you’ll tap into Mercury’s energy to activate the Throat Chakra. This practice encourages authentic self-expression and strengthens your ability to communicate clearly and confidently.
