Over 2 hours, we’ll explore the world where acrobatics meets dance, through powerful, fluid, and expressive movements.

Open to all levels.

What we’ll do:

• Mobility & flexibility warm-up

• Floorwork acro technique (with progressions based on your level)

• Dance transitions + learning a final choreo combo
