I started this group because I believe that setting aside time to draw at the end of the day is one of the best ways to decompress and reconnect with your creativity. Whether you are a total beginner or someone looking to sharpen their foundation, this is a low-pressure space to work on the basics of sketching. We meet in the evenings to focus on core principles like line quality, composition, and perspective, all while enjoying the quiet focus that comes with a shared workspace.
Our sessions are simple and intentional. We spend a little time covering a specific fundamental skill, and then we spend the rest of the evening putting it into practice. There is no judgment here and no pressure to produce a gallery-ready piece; the goal is just to show up, pick up a pencil, and get better one page at a time.
