About us
This group offers mat Pilates sessions designed to improve strength, posture, flexibility, and overall wellbeing in a welcoming and supportive environment.
The sessions combine moderate to dynamic mat Pilates exercises that focus on core stability, functional strength, and mindful movement.
Sessions are offered in-person and online. In-person sessions are held in a covered outdoor practice area in The Ponds, providing a calm and comfortable space for exercise, allowing participants to enjoy fresh air and a natural setting. Those who prefer to do sessions from home can join online.
Each class typically includes around 35 minutes of guided mat Pilates exercises, followed by 5–10 minutes of gentle meditation or relaxation, helping both the body and mind feel balanced and refreshed.
Sessions are suitable for:
• beginners who want to start exercising in a gentle way
• those looking to improve strength, posture, and flexibility
• anyone who enjoys exercising in a natural setting
Classes are friendly, practical, and accessible to people with different levels of experience.
