This session offers a guided mat Pilates class designed to improve strength, posture, flexibility, and overall wellbeing.
The exercises focus on core stability, controlled movement, and mindful breathing, helping to strengthen the body while encouraging greater awareness of movement.
Classes are held in a covered outdoor practice area in The Ponds, providing a calm and comfortable environment with fresh air while remaining sheltered from the elements.
Each session typically includes:
• approximately 35 minutes of guided mat Pilates exercises
5–10 minutes of relaxation or gentle meditation at the end of the class
The class is suitable for beginners as well as those with some Pilates experience, and modifications can be offered where needed.

Please bring a yoga or exercise mat and comfortable clothing suitable for movement.
