Mat Pilates at the beach (FREE Coconuts)

Join me for a Mat Pilates session at beautiful Newport Beach every Saturday morning!

Enjoy a great workout, meet new friends, and relax as you sip fresh coconut water in the sunshine. Please bring your own mat/beach towel (resistance band as well if you have any!)
