What we’re about
Someone may see you as a sex object, while you see your date as a supportive friend. I help people find a match where the chemistry is deep and mutual. Grow beyond self-actualization and self-interest into shared actualization and self-transcendence.
Tired of speed dating and blind dates that feel like work instead of fun?
Welcome to Chemistry Connect—the first event designed to pair you with someone who already shares natural, undeniable chemistry with you.
Instead of mingling aimlessly, you’ll walk in with a match chosen just for you, so the focus is on real connection.
How it works:
• Share your birthday, birth year, and a few personal preferences.
• Get matched with someone who aligns with your energy both in and out of the bedroom.
• Meet your match at the mixer event, enjoy the vibe, and see sparks fly.
At the mixer, you will receive a name tag and 3–5 matches upon arrival.
See details for the upcoming mixer event.

If we don’t get at least 50 people to sign up on the event page, I’ll move the event to the first Saturday of the next month.
What I Ask For
When signing up, please provide your first name or alias, birth month, day, and year, your bedroom preference (Top, Bottom, Vers, or Side), and the preference you’d like in a partner. The event page will ask for this information.

Each participant will receive the names of 3–5 potential matches.
The Reality of Modern Dating
Modern dating often revolves around convenience and instant gratification.
Apps make even a short trip to meet someone feel like too much effort.
Emotional connection gets replaced by quick chats, “hanging out,” or hookups that start fast and fade even faster.
Over time, many gay men lose touch with the deeper art of connection — not because we don’t want love, but because we’ve grown out of practice. Conversations feel heavy, vulnerability feels risky, and genuine presence feels rare.
Some of us start to confuse connection with lust. Texts go unanswered, intentions blur, and what could have been meaningful fades once the physical moment passes.
But underneath all of that, the desire for real connection is still there — waiting to be practiced again.
The Purpose of This Event
This event is a space to reconnect with that deeper practice — to meet face-to-face, share energy, and explore chemistry in a more intentional way.
It’s not about perfection or performance; it’s about practice. Like any muscle, connection grows stronger when we use it.
You’ll have a chance to meet new people, share authentic moments, and rediscover the joy of building something real — whether it grows into friendship, romance, or something entirely new.
This is the “hard mode” of connection — where effort meets reward, and growth replaces convenience.
Each conversation is a small act of courage. Each moment of honesty plants a seed that can grow into something meaningful.
Connection Stages
Every connection is different and can grow like a plant:
Seed: Initial phase – distant friend
Stem: Second phase – close friend
Flower: Third phase – best friend
Fruit: Final phase – marriage or lifelong partnership
A seed will not grow into a strong, healthy plant if there is no obstacle or weight to push through, no sun water or nutrient for nourishment, or time to wait it out, so it will be weak and flimsy.
The Mission
This event is designed to help gay men rediscover connection — romantic, friendly, and everything in between.
Whether you’re shy, introverted, curious, or cautious, you’re welcome here. You don’t need to “perform” or fit a certain type; you only need to show up with an open heart and a willingness to connect.
Think of this as an experiment in community — a chance to meet people face-to-face, in an atmosphere of curiosity and respect. It’s not about finding “the one” immediately; it’s about remembering that genuine connection still exists when we create space for it.
While this gathering centers around gay men, I’m always happy to volunteer my time and adapt this format for other communities as well. Everyone deserves the chance to experience meaningful connection.
How It Works
You’ll go on dates with your matches, then return to the starting area to meet your next match or chat with anyone you’re drawn to.
There are no limits — you can talk to as many people as you like and charm anyone available.
Cell phones are encouraged for exchanging numbers and writing down your matches’ names (after confirming your identity).
Cost
This event is free.
I cover the yearly fee to keep the event posted on Meetup.
Matching and helping people is a small, fun gesture on my part.
Accessibility
I welcome everyone — including people with learning or physical disabilities.
There are plenty of nearby spots for your dates: coffee shops, restaurants, bars, stores for shopping, or outdoor seating areas. Feel free to bring your own drink or food — I don’t provide it.
Tips & Advice
If you’re introverted or need conversation help, I can offer quick advice during the event or provide a 3-minute read print-out with helpful tips.
The event starts at 11:00 AM. You may arrive anytime between 11:00 and 12:00.
