Join us for an afternoon of Spikeball, movement, and social time by the beach.

Spikeball, also known as roundnet, is a fun and energetic game played around a small net on the ground. Usually, two teams of two play against each other, and each team has up to three touches to return the ball to the net.

It’s simple to understand, easy to start, and very addictive once you get into it.
Don’t worry if you’ve never played before. This meetup is beginner-friendly, relaxed, and all about having fun.

We’ll meet at 15:00, chat for a bit, set up the game, and explain the basics before we start.

Depending on how many people join, we’ll create small teams and rotate throughout the afternoon. While two teams are playing, the others can rest, watch, chat, and get to know each other.

When one team loses, the next team comes in, so everyone gets a chance to play.

This is one of the types of meetups I want to create for this community: a social gathering with a bit of physical activity, fresh air, and lots of fun.

As someone who spends a lot of time behind a screen, I feel how important it is to spend more time outside, move the body, and connect with people in real life.

What to bring:

• Comfortable clothes that allow you to move freely
• Water & Snacks, if you want
• A beach towel
• An extra layer in case it gets windy or colder while you’re waiting for your turn

No pressure, no competition, just a fun afternoon outside with good people.

If you also have a Spikeball set, feel free to bring yours too. That way, if we have enough people, we can set up more than one game and have more teams playing at the same time.

The meetup will take place around the Albufeira area. I’ll confirm the exact location closer to the date and share the Google Maps link directly here and in my Instagram group, so everyone can find the meeting point easily.
